DURHAM, N.C. and CUPERTINO, Calif., Sept. 21 Dr. Barry Karlin, Chairman and CEO of CRC Health Group, has announced theacquisition of Structure House, a residential, weight-loss facility for adultsdealing with overweight, obesity and diabetes located in Durham, NorthCarolina. Founded in 1977 by Dr. Gerard J. Musante, Ph.D., a clinicalpsychologist and leading authority in weight-loss, Structure House isdedicated to achieving long-term weight loss through behavioral modificationand lifestyle change.

The infusion of CRC's resources into the Structure House program under thecontinued guidance and vision of its designer, Dr. Musante, will enable thesuccessful expansion of the current Structure House facility both in Durhamand in another location on the West Coast.
