NORTH PALM BEACH, Fla., Nov. 12 Indications that theeconomy is leading to increased substance abuse, compulsive gambling and otheraddictive behaviors have led one of the nation's premiere addictionrehabilitation facilities to create a charitable arm to provide financialsupport for people in need of addiction treatment.

It was also announced that C.A.R.E. has pledged to match every dollardonated to the tax-exempt foundation, and for every $22,000 raised, C.A.R.E.will offer an additional fully paid 30 day scholarship. C.A.R.E. absorbs alladministrative costs so that every dollar donated goes directly to treatment.
