Healthcare Digital spoke with the CEO of Silver Chain Nursing Chris McGowan to gain an in-depth look into the most sophisticated in-home nursing facility in Australia. Through a highly-advanced system called Comcare Silver Chain is able to manage client information more efficiently than ever and access that information quickly. The system allows for effective communication between remote workers caring for patients and staff stationed at the central office. In addition to using the system throughout its organization Silver Chain also markets the tool to others in the industry whether it’s to a competitor or not.
