Dr. Hoffer has previously held positions with MOMENTUM Pharma Services,MDS Pharma Services, PAREXEL(R) International, The Boston Consulting Group andSolvay Pharma. Most recently, he was site director of MOMENTUM PharmaServices' Hamburg, Germany, location, following its spinout from MDS PharmaServices.

Dr. Hoffer holds a doctorate in physiological chemistry from theUniversity of Veterinary Medicine Hannover (Germany), and is a certifiedveterinarian in the German state of Bavaria. Dr. Hoffer began his educationalcareer studying chemistry and biology at the University of Kaiserslautern(Germany).
