INDIANAPOLIS, Feb. 26 BioStorage Technologies, Inc. (BST),announces the appointment of Dr. Wolfgang Hoffer as Managing Director of thecompany's European operations in Griesheim, Germany. Hoffer joins BST withnearly 20 years of management experience in the fields of clinicalpharmacology and toxicology. In his new role, Hoffer will report directly toJames M. Saponaro, Chief Operating Officer for BST, and will manage allaspects of BST's Europe Division, including sales and marketing, operationsand finance.
Dr. Hoffer has previously held positions with MOMENTUM Pharma Services,MDS Pharma Services, PAREXEL(R) International, The Boston Consulting Group andSolvay Pharma. Most recently, he was site director of MOMENTUM PharmaServices' Hamburg, Germany, location, following its spinout from MDS PharmaServices.

Dr. Hoffer holds a doctorate in physiological chemistry from theUniversity of Veterinary Medicine Hannover (Germany), and is a certifiedveterinarian in the German state of Bavaria. Dr. Hoffer began his educationalcareer studying chemistry and biology at the University of Kaiserslautern(Germany).
