PITTSBURGH, Dec. 16 TeleTracking Technologies (www.teletracking.com) today announced a multi-year agreement with Dallas-based Baylor Health Care System to license its Capacity Management Suite(TM) powered by TeleTracking XT(TM) across the 14-hospital system. The agreement also includes a consulting engagement with TeleTracking's patient flow process redesign division, Avanti Patient Flow Services.

After a comprehensive evaluation process, the Baylor system chose TeleTracking's patient flow solutions.
Moving patients efficiently through the healthcare delivery process involves multiple hospital constituents and presents a major communication challenge. The patient flow re-design initiatives that Baylor will implement are based on time-tested principles successfully used at hundreds of TeleTracking hospital clients throughout the U.S., according to Lisa Romano, RN, MSN and CNO of TeleTracking.
