Over 200 of BabyCenter's Most Popular Videos Now Available on Roku Streaming Players and Roku TVs

SAN FRANCISCO, Oct. 16, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- BabyCenter®, the world's #1 pregnancy and parenting web and mobile destination,

has launched a new channel on the Roku® platform that provides easy access to highlights from its comprehensive video library. Those with Roku devices can now view more than 200 of BabyCenter's most popular doctor-approved educational videos for pregnant families, new parents, and couples trying to conceive. Topics covered include everything from fetal development (in 3D animations) to pregnancy symptoms, childbirth, and newborn care.

This channel on the Roku platform is the latest move in BabyCenter's strategy to grow its reach on emerging platforms. Last year, BabyCenter launched "My Pregnancy" – the first-ever Amazon Alexa skill to provide pregnancy resources for expectant parents.

"Our goal at BabyCenter is to make sure new and expecting parents always have easy access to expert-approved information when they need it, no matter where they are or what device they're using," said Linda Murray, Senior Vice President of Consumer Experience at BabyCenter. "Leveraging OTT channels like Roku allows us to deliver our content in a way that's relevant to today's young families."
