SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., Nov. 7, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Arizona Natural Selections, a full-service medical marijuana company with

dispensaries in Arizona, has released a mobile pre-ordering app that enables MMJ patients to access their cannabis medication faster. To celebrate the new online service, the dispensary launched an innovative campaign
on October 27, 2017, known as 'Prop 420.'

"At Arizona Natural Selections, we strive to optimize our patient experience. This week we launched our pre-ordering app so customers can skip the line when they come into the store and get their meds right away. Given the anniversary of the federal election falls on November 7, we thought it would be fun to run a spoof election campaign – Prop 420 – which encourages MMJ patients to 'Get their meds now!' by downloading our app."--James George, CMO at Arizona Natural Selections

Employees at Arizona Natural Selections kicked off the Prop 420 campaign by decorating both the Scottsdale and Peoria locations with patriotic decor, mock polling booths and Prop 420 posters and stickers. During the campaign, employees will give each patient who visits the store a Prop 420 flyer that invites them to 'enroll' and start using the pre-ordering app. The disruptive environment echoes last year's unsuccessful Prop 205 campaign to regulate marijuana like alcohol, piquing patient's curiosity about there being another ballot during this year's election, further driving their engagement.

How Does the Pre-Ordering App Work?

Arizona Natural Selections' pre-ordering app, powered by Baker Technologies, gives MMJ cardholders the option to reserve medical marijuana products from the dispensary on their smartphone. These products include marijuana flower, edibles, concentrates, and other forms of cannabis treatment. Thirty minutes after a patient places an online order at their desired dispensary location, they can visit the dispensary to pick up and pay for their order.

By placing a preorder, patients can guarantee that they will get the medication they need when they visit the dispensary. They will not be required to wait in line at the dispensary, enabling them to get their treatment faster. As such, this service is especially valuable for patients who are disabled and/or limited on time.

Patients who enroll in the pre-ordering service will get access to exclusive online offers. About Arizona Natural Selections

Arizona Natural Selections began with the goal of providing medicine to a single child suffering from Aicardi Syndrome. Since then, the dispensary has grown into a business that offers superior quality medicine to thousands of patients in Arizona each year. Both the Peoria and Scottsdale locations dispense a vast assortment of medicinal marijuana products, and even though Arizona does not require testing, all AZNS medicine is tested by a third party laboratory.
