NORTH HAVEN and NEW HAVEN, Conn., March 31 Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield and the Hospital of Saint Raphael in New Haven announced today they have reached agreement on their contract renewal. As a result, the Hospital of Saint Raphael will continue as a participating hospital in Anthem's networks without interruption.
