American Italian Pasta Company to Provide More Than 6,000 Pounds of Spaghetti for Annual Breast Cancer 3-Day(R) Series in 14 Cities Across the Country

KANSAS CITY, Mo., Aug. 19 American Italian PastaCompany (OTC Pink Sheets: AITP), the largest producer of dry pasta in NorthAmerica, will provide more than 6,000 pounds of spaghetti for this year'sBreast Cancer 3-Day(R) series, 60-mile walks benefiting Susan G. Komen for theCure(R) and the National Philanthropic Trust Breast Cancer Fund, taking placein 14 cities across the country from August through November. Six thousandpounds of pasta will be prepared for the participants at the Friday nightspaghetti dinner for which American Italian Pasta Company is the host sponsor.

In addition to the Breast Cancer 3-Day sponsorship, in honor of BreastCancer Awareness Month, American Italian Pasta Company will offer specialedition pink packaging for its Mueller's(R), Golden Grain(R) and Anthony's(R)brand pastas throughout the month of October.
