We offer premium contract security officer services to quality-consciouscustomers primarily in ten vertical markets throughout the United States:commercial real estate management companies, corporate complexes, shoppingcenters and malls, financial institutions, healthcare facilities, colleges anduniversities, manufacturing and distribution facilities, residentialcommunities, government facilities and chemical/petrochemical facilities. Weare responsible for recruiting, screening, hiring, training, uniformoutfitting, scheduling and supervising our security officers. Our securityofficers work on-location at our customers' sites and their responsibilitiesprimarily include deterring, observing, detecting and reporting perceived,potential or actual security threats. As of July 2, 2007, we employedapproximately 48,700 security officers.
