Align Technology Announces the Promotions of Len Hedge and Emory Wright

SANTA CLARA, Calif., Nov. 14 Align Technology,Inc. (Nasdaq: ALGN) today announced) that company veteran Len Hedge has beenpromoted to senior vice president, business operations. Mr. Hedge will focuson the design and implementation of core business processes andcross-functional collaboration to support the Company's long-term goals andstrategic initiatives. Since 1999 Mr. Hedge has helped create Align'sworld-class manufacturing technology and processes, first as vice president ofmanufacturing and most recently as vice president of operations.

Emory Wright will replace Mr. Hedge as vice president of operations andjoin Align's executive management committee. Mr. Wright has been with theCompany since early 2000, predominantly in manufacturing and operations roles.Previously, he served as vice president of manufacturing reporting directly toMr. Hedge, and most recently was general manager of new product development.

Mr. Wright will assume responsibility for all manufacturing and operationsin Santa Clara, Juarez, and Costa Rica.
