Agee, who has served on Accident Fund's board since 2004, is the presidentof J.G. Agee Consultants, LLC, of Lansing. Previously, he was the first vicepresident of public finance at Banc One Capital Markets and served assuperintendent and principal within Muskegon Public Schools. A former statelegislator (1992-1998), nominee for Democratic lieutenant governor (1998), andformer co-director of the Michigan Political Leadership Program at MichiganState University, Agee also sits on the board for Blue Cross Blue Shield ofMichigan. Additionally, Agee served as a former board member of Blue CareNetwork. He is a graduate of Michigan State University and a seven-yearresident of Laingsburg, Mich.

Burkett, who remains on Accident Fund's Board, is the retiredadministrative director of Michigan Farm Bureau. He formerly served on theBoard for Blue Care Network and was formerly chair of the Board for Blue CrossBlue Shield of Michigan. He is a graduate of Western Michigan University and a32-year resident of Portland, Mich.
