CHICAGO, Oct. 12, 2017 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Action for Healthy Kids® (AFHK) announces 100 recipients of SchoolGrants for Healthy Kids for the 2017-2018 school year, made possible by funding from Saputo. Awarded in California, Minnesota, New York, Texas
The Saputo-funded Game On grants range from $500 to help returning grantees sustain their programs to $1,000 for new grantees. These funds will be used for a variety of wellness purposes including:
Thanks to Saputo's support the grants are expected to impact more than 52,000 students this school year and are part of Saputo's long-term commitment to expand the grants to reach 240 schools and 100,000 students over the three-year partnership.
