Dr. Herman brings over 30 years of industry experience with expertise in protein characterization. His contributions to the scientific community have been influential, particularly in establishing regulatory guidelines and concepts that are currently in use by the FDA for biologic characterization.

WindRose was acquired by Althea in 2009, where Dr. Herman acted as Chief Scientific Officer and Vice President of Product Development until 2011.
