"CPS is a new resource to help participants to gain understanding of emerging models of care," stated Jeff Frater, RN, BSN, CCM, CMSA President. "The summit will host a unique set of individuals who can form relationships to assess performance measures and intervention strategies and to define success for the emerging practice models. This group of collaborators will also focus on the issues of clinician shortages, generational learning styles, technology advancement and the impact to health care costs. Collaborators will also find ways to relate to new and innovative tools, resources, and directions that will enable those in the health care field to embrace the future."
