Curative (WHO regimen)

In multi bacillary cases (BB, BL and LL), Rifampin 600 mg once monthly supervised, dapsone 100 mg, daily self administered and Clofazimine (CL) 300 mg once monthly supervised and 50 mg daily self administered, continued for 2 years or if possible until smear negativity is attained.


In paucibacillary cases Rifampin 600 mg every month and dapsone 100 mg daily is continued for 6 months.

In the ROM treatment schedule for a single lesion leprosy, Rifampin 600 mg Oflaxacin 200 mg and Minocycline 100 mg is given as a single dose.
