Management of a patient with abnormal vaginal bleeding

Relevant history


  Age, parity, desire to retain fertility and menstrual function, contraception, cyclicity, length of cycle duration of flow, blood loss per day, duration of flow.
  History of systemic diseases and medications.
  Degree of social and physical impairment.

Physical examination


  General (thyroid, obesity, hitduiyidm _ PCOs).
  Bimanual pelvic examination.

Investigations


  Hb, PCV, blood sugar.
  USG.
