Side effect(s) of Ponatinib

- Peripheral neuropathy, dizziness.

- Pleural effusion, cough, difficulty in breathing.

   Skin
- Rash, dry skin.

   Musculoskeletal
- Joint and muscle pain, pain in extremity, back pain, muscle spasms, bone pain.

   General
- Weakness.

Other Precautions :
