Side effect(s) of Pegaptanib

- Blurred vision, cataract, tearing, eye irritation, eye pain, increased eye pressure (IOP), reduced visual acuity, visual disturbance, eye inflammation and swelling.

   Non-ocular
- Lung inflammation, diarrhea, dizziness, headache, nausea, urinary tract infection, joint inflammation, bone projection, stroke, chest pain, skin inflammation, bruising, increased sugar, indigestion, hearing loss, lung infection, heart attack, urinary retention, fainting and vomiting.

Other Precautions :

Avoid excess dosage.
