- Fatigue (tiredness), sore mouth and throat, loss of fertility, absence of menstrual period, decrease in the number of healthy white blood cells, red blood cells or platelets in the blood.

- Hair loss, abdominal pain, pain and swelling at injection site, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, fever, infections, convulsions, disturbances in liver function, jaundice, acute kidney failure, blood in the urine, abnormal heart beats, heart failure or heart attack.

Avoid excess dosage.
