Dosage & When it is to be taken

PO- The usual starting dose is 15 mg administered once daily. Increase up 30 mg once daily. Maximum: 60 mg once daily.

When it is not to be taken (Contraindications)

Hypersensitivity.

Tolvaptan is a selective vasopressin V2-receptor antagonist, prescribed for hyponatremia (low blood sodium levels)
