Dosage & When it is to be taken

Usual Adult Dose - 0.5 mL IM once.

When it is not to be taken (Contraindications)

Contraindicated in patients with encephalopathy within 7 days after prior pertussis vaccine and hypersensitivity.

This medication is an immunization agent, prescribed for tetanus, diphtheria, and pertussis as a single dose in persons 11 to 64 years.
