How to Take Tamsulosin and it's Dose

It comes as a tablet and capsule to take by mouth, it should be taken with food.

Dosage & When it is to be taken

Adult: PO- Extended release 400 mcg once daily, up to 800 mcg once daily after 2-4 wk if needed.

When it is not to be taken (Contraindications)

Hypersensitivity to this drug.

Drug Name : Tamsulosin

This medication is an alpha blocker, prescribed for benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) or prostate enlargement.
