How to Take Tacrine and it's Dose


It comes as a capsule to take by mouth, on an empty stomach.

Dosage & When it is to be taken

Adults—Initial- 10 milligrams (mg) four times a day. Maximum: 40 mg four times a day.

When it is not to be taken (Contraindications)

Contraindicated in patients previously treated with this medication, who have too much bilirubin in blood, and hypersensitivity.
