How to Take Pegloticase and it's Dose


It comes as a solution for injection to be administered by a healthcare provider into the vein.

Dosage & When it is to be taken

Adult- IV- The recommended dose is 8 mg, for every two weeks.

When it is not to be taken (Contraindications)

Contraindicated in patients with G6PD deficiency and hypersensitivity.
