How to Take Ocriplasmin and it's Dose

It comes as a solution for injection to be administered by a healthcare provider into the eye.

Dosage & When it is to be taken

The recommended dose is 0.125 mg (0.1 mL of the diluted solution) administered by intravitreal injection to the affected eye once as a single dose.

When it is not to be taken (Contraindications)

None.

This medication is a proteolytic enzyme, prescribed for symptomatic vitreomacular adhesion, a progressive visual condition.
