The recommended maintenance dose is 1000/20 mg to 2000/40 mg (two 1000/20 mg tablets) once daily.
It should not be co-administered with CYP3A4 inhibitors, gemfibrozil, cyclosporine, or danazol, verapamil or diltiazem.

When it is not to be taken (Contraindications)
