How to Take Memantine and it's Dose

This medication is available in the form of tablet to take by mouth. It is usually taken once or twice a day with or without food.

Dosage & When it is to be taken

Start with 5 mg daily. Increase the dose in 5 mg increments to 5 mg twice daily.

When it is not to be taken (Contraindications)

Hypersensitivity.

Drug Name : Memantine

This medication is an N-methyl-D-aspartate (NMDA)-receptor antagonist, recommended for Alzheimer's disease.
