How to Take Fosamprenavir Calcium and it's Dose

It comes as a tablet and oral suspension to take by mouth, with or without food.

Dosage & When it is to be taken

Therapy-Naive Adults- The recommended dose is 400 mg twice daily (without ritonavir).

When it is not to be taken (Contraindications)

It should not be co-administered with drugs that are highly dependent on CYP3A4 for clearance. Contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity.

This medication is an HIV protease inhibitor, prescribed for HIV with other medications.
