Adults (14 years of age and over)- PO- The recommended dose is 1,200 mg/day in 3 or 4 divided doses; increase in 600 mg increments every 2-week to 2,400mg/day and then 3,600 mg/day if indicated.When it is not to be taken (Contraindications)
