• Erythrityl tetranitrate tablets should be taken half an hour before or one hour after a meal.
• It should not be administered with a drug called riociguat, or phosphodiesterase 5 inhibitors like sildenafil and tadalafil.

• The recommended dose of erythrityl tetranitrate is 15 to 60 mg/day.When it is not to be taken (Contraindications)
• Erythrityl tetranitrate is contraindicated in patients allergic to the drug or in those with severe anemia.• It should not be administered with a drug called riociguat, or phosphodiesterase 5 inhibitors like sildenafil and tadalafil.
