Dosage & When it is to be taken

For Adults: The recommended daily dosage is 50 mg/kg of body weight to a maximum dose of 3 g in 24 hours.

When it is not to be taken (Contraindications)

Contraindicated in patients with anuria, and hypersensitivity.
