How to Take Daunorubicin and it's Dose

It comes as a solution for injection to be administered by a healthcare provider into the vein.

Dosage & When it is to be taken

IV- Adult- The recommended dose is 60 – 75mg/m²/day BSA (body surface area), every 3 weeks.

When it is not to be taken (Contraindications)

Contraindicated in patients with heart disease and hypersensitivity.

Drug Name : Daunorubicin

This medication is a chemotherapeutic agent, prescribed for acute myeloid leukemia and acute lymphocytic leukemia.
