Dosage & When it is to be taken

Treatment of Peritoneal or Pleural Effusions Caused by Metastatic Disease, Cancer Adults (about 70 kg) Intraperitoneal 10 to 20 mCi. Adults (about 70 kg) Intrapleural 6 to 12mCi. Adults (about 70 kg) Interstitial 0.1 to 0.5mCi/g of estimated weight of tumor.

When it is not to be taken (Contraindications)

It should not be used in the presence of ulcerative tumors.
