How to Take Busulphan and it's Dose

It comes as a tablet to take by mouth, with or without food.

Dosage & When it is to be taken

Adult: PO- Palliation of chronic myeloid leukaemia- 60 mcg/kg/day. Maintenance: 0.5-2 mg/day. Max: 4 mg/day.

When it is not to be taken (Contraindications)

Hypersensitivity.

Drug Name : Busulphan

This medication is a chemotherapy agent, prescribed for chronic myelogenous leukemia.
