How to Take Buspirone and it's Dose

It comes as a tablet to take by mouth, with or without food.

Dosage & When it is to be taken

Adult: PO- Initial: 5 mg 2-3 times/day, may increase gradually if needed. Max: 45 mg/day in divided doses.

When it is not to be taken (Contraindications)

Hypersensitivity.

This medication is a psychoactive agent, prescribed for anxiety disorders.
