How to Take Benazepril HCl and Hydrochlorothiazide and it's Dose


It comes as a tablet to take by mouth, with or without food.

Dosage & When it is to be taken

The usual recommended initial dose is 10/12.5 mg once daily. The maximum recommended dose is 20mg/25mg.

When it is not to be taken (Contraindications)

Contraindicated in patients with anuria (unable to urinate) or hypersensitivity.

This combination medication contains angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitor and thiazide diuretic, prescribed for high blood pressure.
