When it is to be taken : IM- The immunizing dose for adults and children is a single injection of 0.5 mL. How it should be taken : It comes as a solution for injection, to be administered by a healthcare provider into the large muscle. Special Instruction : * Caution should be exercised in patients with history of poor immunity, HIV infection, cancer, who are taking other medications, any allergy, during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Side Effects : Local - Tenderness, pain, induration, redness. Miscellaneous - Uneasiness, headache, muscle pain, nausea, diarrhea, feverish, and vomiting. * Avoid excess dosage. Storage Conditions : Store at 2° to 8°C. Do not freeze. |
