When it is to be taken : IV- The recommended dose is 0.5 to 2 mL. How it should be taken : It comes as a solution for injection to be administered by a healthcare provider into the vein. Special Instruction : * Caution should be exercised in patients with history of Buerger disease, hardening of the arteries, blood clots, nerve injury, who are taking other medications, during pregnancy and breastfeeding. * Extreme caution needed for newborns. Side Effects : Local - Pain, hives, and ulceration. Allergic Reactions - Hives, asthma, hay fever and anaphylactic shock. * Avoid excess dosage. Storage Conditions : Store at 20°C to 25°C. |
