When it is to be taken : Adult- PO- The recommended dose is 150-250mg daily in 3-5 divided doses. How it should be taken : It comes as a tablet to take by mouth, with food. Special Instruction : * Caution should be exercised in patients with history of Raynaud's syndrome, psychological problem, kidney impairment, during pregnancy and breastfeeding. * Perform regular eye examination during the treatment. * Monitor blood pressure regularly while taking this medication. Side Effects : Most Common - Nausea, vomiting, dizziness, confusion, drowsiness and movement disorder. Miscellaneous - Changes in liver function and leg cramps. * Avoid excess dosage. Storage Conditions : Store it in cool airtight place. |
