Why it is prescribed (Indications) : 
This medication is a vasodilator, prescribed for angina pectoris.

When it is not to be taken (Contraindications): 


Contraindicated in patients with increased blood flow or volume change, narrowing of aortic valve, and hypersensitivity.


When it is to be taken : 
Adult: PO- Angina pectoris; MI- The recommended dose is 8-24 mg 3 times/day.
How it should be taken : 
It comes as a tablet to take by mouth, with or without food.
Special Instruction : 
* Caution should be exercised in patients with history of heart disease, liver or kidney impairment, any allergy, during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Side Effects : 
Taste perversion.
Other Precautions : 
* Avoid excess dosage.
Storage Conditions : 
Store it at room temperature (25°C).
