This medication is an anti-cancer agent, prescribed for leukemia or lymphoma in certain patients. It works by killing cancer cells.

When should Nelarabine not be taken? (Contraindications)

Contraindicated in patients who are taking adenosine deaminase inhibitor, and hypersensitivity.

What is the dosage of Nelarabine?

Adult- IV - The recommended dose is 1,500 mg/m², over 2 hours infusion on days 1, 3, and 5 repeated every 21 days.
Child- The recommended dose is 650 mg/m², over 1 hour infusion daily for 5 consecutive days repeated every 21 days.
