This medication is a topical antibiotic, prescribed for acne vulgaris. It inhibits the enzyme DNA gyrase that is involved in bacterial replication.
Topical- Apply a thin layer to the affected area as directed by your physician.
It comes as a cream to apply topically.
• For external use only; avoid contact with eyes and mouth.
• Caution needed for pregnant women and infants.
Itching, irritation, redness, flushes, papules, feeling of warmth, increased sweating, contact dermatitis and dryness of the skin.
Avoid excess dosage.
Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct heat and light.
