When it is not to be taken (Contraindications): 


Hypersensitivity.


When it is to be taken : 
Dosage is based on the age, weight and clinical condition of the patient.
How it should be taken : 
It comes as a solution for injection, to be administered by a healthcare provider into the vein.
Special Instruction : 
* Caution should be exercised in patients with congestive heart failure, severe kidney impairment, fluid retention, during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Blood clot in veins.
