India- Balgyl Gel, Balvidine-M, Bestodin-M. International- MetroCream, MetroGel, MetroGel, MetroLotion, Noritate. When it is not to be taken (Contraindications): Hypersensitivity.
When it is to be taken : Topical- As 0.75% preparation: Apply twice daily. As 1% formulation: Apply once daily. How it should be taken : It comes as a cream, gel and lotion to apply topically as directed by your physician. Special Instruction : * Caution should be exercised in patients with history of central nervous system disease, liver or blood disease, or Crohn's disease, any allergy, during pregnancy and breastfeeding. * Avoid exposure to sunlight. Side Effects : Increased skin redness, dryness, burning, irritation, stinging and smelling in vaginal discharge. * Avoid contact with your eyes. Storage Conditions : Store it at room temperature and out of the reach of children. |
