International- Arcapta Neohaler.
Why it is prescribed (Indications) : 
This medication is a long-acting beta-agonist bronchodilator, prescribed for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) symptoms. It widens air passage and helps in easy breathing.
When it is not to be taken (Contraindications): It should not be co-administered with another long-acting beta-agonist. Contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity.

Category C : Animal reproduction studies have shown an adverse effect on the fetus and there are no adequate and well-controlled studies in humans, but potential benefits may warrant use of the drug in pregnant women despite potential risks.

Dosage & When it is to be taken : 
- The recommended dose is 75 mcg inhaled once daily.
How it should be taken : 
It comes as a capsule for inhalation, as directed by your physician.
Warnings and Precautions : 
* Caution should be exercised in patients with history of diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, low blood potassium levels, seizures, overactive thyroid, fast or irregular heartbeat, over excitement, trouble in sleeping, who are taking other medications, any allergy, children, during pregnancy and breastfeeding
Side Effects : 
Heart - Swelling in the extremities, fast heart rate, palpitations, electrocardiogram (ECG) changes.
Respiratory - Upper respiratory tract infection, asthma, sinusitis, cough, and throat pain.
Metabolic - Diabetes.
Central Nervous system - Headache and dizziness.
Gastrointestinal - Nausea.
Skin - Itching and rash.
Musculoskeletal - Muscle spasm, muscle and joint pain.
Other Precautions : 
* Avoid excess dosage.
Storage Conditions : 
Store it at room temperature (15 to 30°C) away from heat and light.
