International- Phisohex, Septisol. This medication is a disinfectant, used as a skin cleanser and also for preventing the spread of infection. When it is not to be taken (Contraindications):
When it is to be taken : Topical- Wet hands with water and apply 5 mL of this medication over the palm of hands and arms. How it should be taken : It comes as a scrub to apply topically as directed by your physician. Special Instruction : * Caution should be exercised in patients with history of skin lesions, any allergy, during pregnancy and breastfeeding. * Avoid using this medication over burned, broken skins, or sores. *It should not be used on any mucous membrane, as part of a bandage, wet pack or lotion. Side Effects : Photosensitivity, scaling or dryness. * Avoid excess dosage. Storage Conditions : Store it at room temperature (25° C). |
