This medication is a gonadotropin-releasing hormone, prescribed for evaluating hypothalamus and pituitary gland function.
SC/IV- The recommended is 100 mcg.
It comes as a solution for injection, to be administered by a healthcare provider under the skin or muscle.
• Caution should be exercised in patients with ovarian hyperstimulation, cancer, who are taking other medications, any allergy, during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
• It should not be used in children less than 18 years old.
• Central Nervous System :
• Gastrointestinal : Nausea, abdominal discomfort.
• Skin : Local swelling, occasionally with pain and itching, rash.
• Heart : Flushing.
Avoid excess dosage.
Store it at room temperature (approximately 25°C).
