India- Xymol, Dimol, Bloatinol Plain, Dicaine MPS, Dicon –I, Silicomet. International- Moisturel, Secura. This medication is an emollient, prescribed for pediculosis, and other skin conditions. When it is not to be taken (Contraindications):
When it is to be taken : Adult: Topical- Head pediculosis- As 4% solution: Apply as directed. Skin protectant- As 22% cream: With benzalkonium Cl: Apply several times/day as needed. How it should be taken : It comes as a solution, cream to apply topically as directed by your physician. Special Instruction : * For external use only, avoid contact with eyes, nose and mouth. Side Effects : Rarely, redness, pain and irritation at the site of application. Store it at room temperature. |
