Why it is prescribed : 

This medication is a gastroprokinetic agent, prescribed for gastrointestinal disorders.  

When it is not to be taken (Contraindications): 

Hypersensitivity.

Dosage & When it is to be taken (Indications): 

The usual daily dosage for adults is 1mg orally thrice a day, 15 minutes before meals.

How it should be taken : 

It comes as a tablet to take by mouth, on an empty stomach.

Warnings and Precautions : 

Caution should be exercised in patients with history of gastrointestinal bleeding, mechanical obstruction or perforation, movement disorder, during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Avoid alcohol consumption.
It may cause drowsiness, do not drive a car or operate machinery while taking this medication.

Side Effects :

- Drowsiness and diarrhea.

   Central Nervous System
- Involuntary muscular movements of the head, neck and tongue.

   Skin
- Rarely eruptions, itching or allergic reactions.

Other Precautions : 

Avoid excess dosage.

i am taking cintodac tablets is combination of cinitapride and pantoprazole from last one year causing dizziness, weakness,reeling sensation and rash on skin and also observed vitamin D3 and B12 what is the reason.
